KIRO TV has now posted the subpoena it just received for its May Day protest footage, and here's a .pdf of the document:
In addition to KIRO, the subpoena was also sent to KING 5, KOMO 4, KCPQ 13, the Seattle Times, and the SeattlePI.com.
Todd Mokhtari, news director for KIRO, tells me the SPD now says the commandment to appear at 9 a.m. tomorrow morning with "camera footage of the May Day protest(s)" was a mistake. The SPD, he says, has not provided KIRO with a new time to appear.

The pdf is more interesting than this blurb. It includes SPD's account of the destruction, which includes some targets not list here, and also mentions assaults from the bloc on the police, which was absent from any mainstream media reports or police statements previously. It also includes a long attachment from Rik Hall in which he brags about his training on "black bloc anarchism."
I filed a public records request with SPD for "All schedules, attendance records, printed or electronic training materials (handouts, manuals, videos presented or recorded, etc.) for all training attended by Seattle Police Department staff during the past five years regarding specific political ideologies. This should include but not be limited to those records related to the `training regarding anarchism' Rik Hall of the Seattle Police Department claimed to have attended during his assignment as detective in the sworn declaration in support of subpoena duces tecum submitted to KOMO-TV, KING-TV, KIRO-TV, KCPQ-TV, the Seattle Times, and the Seattle Post Intelligencer that Mr. Hall signed under penalty of perjury on May 7, 2012."

"This letter is in response to your public disclosure request dated May 11, 2012 and received by the Seattle Police Department's Public Disclosure Unit on May 11, 2012 for training information on anarchism. We still need additional time to research and respond to your request. We anticipate a response to you on or about July 20, 2012.
"This additional time is used to research this request, collect responsive records, and/or prepare records for dissemination. Please note: Seattle Police Department currently receives approximately 4,000 public disclosure requests annually. The current volume of Public Disclosure Requests combined with SPD staffing and City-wide budget cuts requires this additional time.
"If you have any questions, please contact the Public Disclosure Desk at 206-684-5481."
