Pack the courtroom at King County Courthouse this Monday (TOMORROW, May 6th at 2:30PM!
On May Day last week, there were three people who were arrested (among others) for various felony charges. One of the accused is currently being held on $60,000 bail for second degree assault and felony riot, and another on $20,000 bail for third degree assault and felony riot. This is a call to pack the courtroom, in a show of solidarity and to let these rebels know they are not alone, innocent or guilty.
Be aware that the Seattle Pigs say that they are working "feverishly" to identify further May Day suspects. You will be expected to show a state-issued ID card and will not be allowed to bring weapons (pocket-knives even) or any other kind of sketchy material into the courthouse. If there is any reason you suspect that there may be pictures of you committing a crime on May Day and you did not properly conceal your identity, it may be worth considering not coming to the courthouse. Solidarity can be given in many different ways.
The King County Courthouse is located at:
500 5th AVE at JAMES ST
There are two courtrooms, and it is unclear as to which one it will be in.
Updates to information will be posted as they come.
