Join the Seattle University School of Law’s National Lawyers Guild chapter for a panel discussion about the Northwest grand jury and how people are fighting it.

Jenn Kaplan and Kimberly Gordon, the attorneys who are representing the imprisoned grand jury resisters, will talk about their clients’ cases. Neil Kelley, an attorney and officer of the Seattle NLG, will discuss how this grand jury is being used to target activists in the Northwest. Ben Rosenfeld, a civil rights attorney who specializes in representing activists before grand juries, will discuss legal methods for challenging grand jury subpoenas.
