FBI swarms SE Portland neighborhood to execute warrant

A team of FBI agents dressed in combat gear accompanied by an armored vehicle executed a search warrant in Southeast Portland Friday afternoon.
A neighbor told KGW the agents surrounded a home near Southeast 116th Avenue and Southeast Harold Street just before 1 p.m.
Witnesses suggested the SWAT team used several flash bang grenades when moving in.
They did not release many details about the raid, except that agents were executing a sealed federal search warrant along with the metro gang unit.

FBI tracking Portland anarchist groups

PORTLAND -- They strike in the dark of night, targeting banks and businesses by breaking windows and ATMs.

Surveillance video obtained by NewsChannel 8 shows several recent attacks. Dressed in all black, their faces covered, a swarm of anarchists used rocks and projectiles to inflict their damage.

"There is certainly a boldness that goes along with that type of dramatic vandalism," said Commander Robert Day of the Portland Police Bureau.

Portland: slashed tires on yuppie cars for Kerry and Kiki

Tonight the tires were slashed on 6 yuppie cars in northeast Portland. All that was needed for this small expression of complicity was a sharp knife, a bike for a quick getaway, and plenty of rage (which seems to be in abundant supply lately).

Solidarity with Kiki (Sergey) Turzhanskiy, who supposedly threw a molotov cocktail at a cop car and was just released from jail on terms of not talking to other anarchists; and Kerry Cunneen and all others throwing a wrench into the gears of the Seattle grand jury.

Eat shit, yuppie scum!

Cover your forehead! (and other lessons from Pax)

On May 3rd, our friend Pax was arrested on 36 felony charges of criminal mischief and 36 felony charges of conspiracy to commit criminal mischief. This was dropped down to 5 counts of each after their arraignment, and Pax took a plea deal in October for 3 counts of felony criminal mischief. A number of people have asked how Pax got caught up in legal trouble for allegedly smashing banks and a police substation. It has come to light in the last few months that the FBI has been actively monitoring Portland anarchists since at least early April, though to what extent it is not clear.

from Seattle Times

Gov. John Kitzhaber on Friday tried to head off a walkout at the Port of Portland that could mean the port's first longshore union work stoppage in decades.

The governor told both sides that he expects them to reach agreement in last-ditch talks set for Saturday, The Oregonian reported.

An Open Letter to Portland's High School Rebels

This is a letter of love and admiration for the wild and courageous high school students who battled the Portland Police in the streets on November 3rd. Some of you took pepper spray directly to the face at close range, some of you pushed forward against cops behind your sturdy banners, and you all displayed an inspiring ferocity that has sadly been few and far between in Portland since last spring.

Two of Sergey's felonies dropped!

Sergey's bail is still $1,000,000 of which 10% would have to be paid, but two of their felonies were dropped! They're still facing misdemeanor attempted arson II, misdemeanor criminal mischief II, misdemeanor disorderly conduct II, and felony possession of a destructive device. Please continue donating to their legal fund, and WRITE THEM LETTERS IN JAIL!! As always, don't write anything that could incriminate you or Sergey.
