The Olympia Solidarity Network has been engaged in a campaign against the landlords of Evergreen Vista and their large non-profit operator Mercy Housing. Tenants have reported that they have been facing delayed repairs of appliances and garbage disposal that is inaccessible to tenants with disabilities. We will be picketing at the Seattle Mercy Housing office asking them to put pressure on Evergreen Vista to follow through on work orders and replace the trash compactor with an accessible garbage disposal unit outside of each building!
