MARCH 15TH INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST POLICE

For the second year we invite the individuals of this territory to come together to observe the M15 International Day Against Police. In the context of a national expansion of police infrastructure and power and broader repression against social and rebellious movements, communities and individuals we find it necessary to return to the question of the police – from Cop Cities all across the territories dominated by the american state, to the new deployment of AI assisted surveillance technology, to the flexing of ICE and border patrol enforcement in a flailing attempt to patch up a fracturing nationalism, to the expansion of new laws and forms of detention to catch more and more people in the cash crop net of the carceral system.

We have chosen a theme of social defense and offense against the police – building skills and knowledge to better resist the police and the carceral system at every stage; from our homes and neighborhoods to the streets, the schools, the workplace, where ever we might encounter them and in whatever struggle we may come up against them.

There will also be station set up to write letters to prisoners, providing all the necessary materials to do so.
