The day began as any other march does, with speakers praising anti colonial struggle despite their hatred for any form of activism beyond an easily ignorable parade. Sensing hostility from the crowd of, for a lack of a better word, fuck-ass liberals, the bloc decided that once the march began to move they would split off and march separately. Chants in support of Luigi Mangione and smoke from burning flags and flares filled the air. The OPD’s response was nothing short of laughable, clearly caught off guard by the bloc, they could only muster 6 bike cops to simply watch as countless buildings were tagged. Eventually the bloc met back up with the main march where tagging continued, a window was smashed and a bank door allegedly bike locked shut. Cheers erupted from many within the crowd, while a group of elderly women in pussy hats made it their job to shove and berate bloc participants at random. Realizing that the event was about to come to an end and more speeches would inevitably take place at the steps of the capitol, most of the bloc elected to disperse. Unfortunately during this time, 2 protesters were captured by the state and we encourage everyone to do what they can to support them. As the new Trump era looms over our heads, we call for a continued escalation against the state and against the tide of fascism. Free Palestine.
