With a little less than one month of his sentence left to serve, Coyote was sent to the SHU (secure housing unit.) He is accused of getting into a physical altercation with his bunkmate, but the situation was just misunderstood by the guard. We are asking all supporters to help us make this final portion of his sentence a little easier! Please send zines, books, and letters filled with funny or uplifting stories. Let’s let Coyote know we are out here for him and that he is absolutely not forgotten while he’s locked up and now doing such hard time. The SHU is much different from the general population; Coyote will be locked in his cell for twenty-three hours a day. The mail we send him now during this tough time will truly make a difference.
