The SU Indigenous Students Association, Indigenous Peoples Institute, and MEChA will be hosting a screening of the short film Uncolonized. It is a film about an Indigenous family that chose not to enroll their children in the public school system and instead homeschool them. The short film discusses the historical relationship between Indigenous peoples and the US public school system. After the screening, the family featured in the film will be giving a talk and answering questions.
