Location & direction: Where were they, where were they going?
Uniform/clothes: The more descriptive details the better. “Khaki cargo pants with olive plate carriers” is a more helpful description than “military-style outfits.”
Time & date of observation
Equipment & weapons: What kind of vehicles were they driving? What are they carrying?
