Running Down The Walls is an annual anarchist 5K to support long term political prisoners. This year, we are supporting the prisoners from the Anarchist Black Cross Federation, The Noncooperating Prairieland Defendants, and Indonesian prisoners.
This race is non-competitive, and we want to make it as accessible as possible. The route is paved and we encourage people to walk, roll on bikes, roller skates, and wheelchairs, whatever you want to do! There will be 1K, 2.5K and 8K routes marked as well. Or just hang out and write a letter and eat snacks! It’s anarchy! There will be a 1K (and maybe an obstacle course!) for the kiddos. Shirts will be printed onsite so bring your own! Can’t wait to see you there!
